  • How long will it take for me to learn the GS Pro system?

    This answer is completely up to you! We are available with weekly trainings to help guide you through the process. We are also available to do the work for you if you'd rather not do it yourself. The system has many features, so there's always something to learn, but when our members really dedicate themselves to their businesses, we find they acclimate themselves to the functions they need within a month or so. Many times less.

  • How long will it take to finish my new website?

    To customize your website for you, we need approximately 4-5 weeks.

  • Is SEO included with my website?

    Absolutely! Every custom website has full, monthly SEO with ongoing optimization and updates. You can check on everything yourself via our reports, you can make changes as we go. For a detailed breakdown of what's included, check the GS Host panel above.

  • Do you offer dedicated territories for your websites?

    By default, we do not. However, if you request a dedicated area that is currently open, we have enterprise level pricing available for you to reserve the area. Click the chat bubble on the lower-right of your screen to speak with a representative.

  • What do you provide with GS Social?

    We provide you with some stock content to get your accounts going each month. You also get access to GS Club, weekly trainings, and further help from our team. If you're look for full social media management though, we also provide this, as well as additional services. Click the chat bubble on the lower-right of your screen to speak with a representative.

  • What if no one buys the products in my online store?

    As a member of the GS Shop program, your store is up 24/7, all year around. We update it live for you when you need, and your dedicated marketing manager also assists you in making the changes that would help your store best profit.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Many of our programs include 14 day free trials. So there will be no need to pay anything for trying. Once your membership begins, we work directly with you to implement everything you need. Our team is your team. But if you find yourself unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund of your payment when you contact us within the first two weeks of your membership start date.

  • What if I'm unhappy with the program?

    If you find yourself needing a change...you're free to go. All of our programs are month-to-month. So if you ever need to put a pause or stop completely, we just need a 30 day notice.
