Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do your photo/video shoots work?

    First, we speak with you to understand the content you'd like to have created. Then, we plan out the content, and work it into the timeframe of the shoot. From there, we plan a date that works for your team and our team, then we come shoot directly in your location. When we're done, we edit the footage for you and either upload the content onto GS Social (for Quarterly Kit members), or give you access to an online drive to download directly.

  • How long does it take to edit my footage?

    For photography shoots, you can expect your footage in 2-3 weeks. For videography or combo shoots, you can expect the editing process to typically be 3-4 weeks.

  • How does the Quarterly Kit option work?

    We plan out shoots for you every 3 months, then we travel to your location, shoot the new footage, edit the content, and upload it onto GS Social for you to schedule out across your social media.
